The sponsorship.doc file prints three inserts to the letter that encourage people who don't want to bowl to become a sponsor. It is meant to print on both sides of a sheet of paper, so that it can be folded and cut into three little inserts with the "Don't Want to Bowl" at the top and when you open it, you can see "Be a Sponsor at the top and the picture of kids at the bottom.

The Response form is meant to print on two sides with four per sheet of paper or card stock, and cut and folded so that the words response form is at the top. I originally was going to do this as a card, but I realized it wouldn't fit into the envelope like that, so I designed it so it can be folded to 1/8 letter size sheet. When you print, it may say the printed area is outside the printable area. This is normal. Click yes, and see how it looks. If part is cut off, it may need to be tweaked, or I could print them for you on my printer.

The envelope.doc is meant to be printed on a typical 3 5/8 x 6 1/2 envelope. They are sold for $1.19 for a hundred at Longs Drugs.
